Julia appears to have been raised by the family of John Mark and Mary Stephens. She appears with the family in the 1861 census using the surname Mark. Also uses that name to register some of the kids.

The will of John Mark who died 04 Nov 1877 – he mentions all his living sons, and a “daughter Honor Bonnell wife of Henry”; and grandchildren Pearce and Jacobs; and also “to Julia Littlejohn wife of Arscott Littlejohn as she was a lifetime resident in my family”.
